- Order details you share (budget, requested spec, games/use case, preferences).
- Technical basics from your browser (anonymous, standard logs from GitHub Pages/CDN).
Why we collect it (lawful basis)
- To respond to enquiries & provide quotes (UK GDPR: legitimate interests / steps before a contract).
- To fulfil orders & provide support/warranty (UK GDPR: contract).
- To prevent fraud/abuse (UK GDPR: legitimate interests).
Do we sell your data?
No. We don’t sell or rent personal data.
Sharing & processors
We only share what’s necessary with service providers we use to run the site and communicate (e.g., email, website hosting via GitHub Pages/CDN). They must keep data secure and only process it on our instructions.
How long we keep data
- Enquiries/quotes: up to 12 months after last contact.
- Orders/warranty: up to 6 years (tax & accounting requirements).
- We’ll delete earlier if you reasonably ask and we’re not legally required to keep it.

Cookies & tracking
We don’t use tracking cookies or analytics scripts on this site. GitHub Pages and its CDN may collect minimal logs for security and performance; these are not controlled by us and generally don’t identify you.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (e.g., secure email accounts, patched systems). No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Our services are for adults. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us to remove it.
